Each product pictured in our catalog or on our web site has descriptive copy that lists imprint areas, color selections, set-up charges and prices. These charges will all be shown on the formal quote that will be sent to you when your order is placed into production.

Your order will be given careful and immediate attention. Be sure to note if your order is needed by a specific "in-hand" date. 	Enclose Your Artwork
Competitive Edge can accept your camera art work on any standard 3.5" floppy or Zip Disks or CDs or DVDs in PC or Mac formats (please indicate file type, software program used and include font Suitcase for Mac). NOTE: To protect your camera-ready art during mailing, please enclose it in rigid packaging. Do not tape, staple or fold it! If you want your artwork returned, please mark it accordingly. Artwork can also be sent electronically directly to our art department. You must read our instructions on sending artwork electronically before sending files to us. Whatever stage your artwork is in, we will make it work. If your art is not "camera ready", don't worry. Our artists will bring it to specification. If you have camera-ready art that is not exact size, that's O.K. WE WILL ENLARGE OR REDUCE IT FREE! "Sometimes" there is a charge for this or other artwork, but we make it simple by charging "ONE FLAT COST" per order, based on the following critera. Simple Art . . . $25.00 Total We will typeset straight-line copy for you order, enlarge or reduce your "clean logo", and do any "minor" clean-up needed to make your order meet your specific needs. Average Art . . . $50.00 Total We will layout and typeset your order following your instructions, enlarge or reduce your "clean logo", reverse type, custom curve type, do minor logo clean-up, and cut multicolor overlays (up to 2 colors). Complex Art . . . $75.00 Total When you want to customize your order, we offer an in-house design team which can produce camera-ready art from practically anything! Let your imagination run wild, and we'll cover everything from custom illustrations to the entire design of your specialty product. Photocopied artwork or art sent via FAX falls into the complex art category due to the extensive clean-up required to reach the level of quality we demand for all our products.
	Payment
Payment with your order is required if you have not previously established an account with us. You may send a company check or use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card. Payment must accompany rush orders unless you have already established open account terms with us.
	Shipping Options
Orders are generally shipped UPS Ground (weight permitting) or the least-cost way. RUSH shipping is available with UPS, Federal Express or Greyhound should you require it. All prices are quoted FOB factory - you will be billed for freight or handling after the shipment is made. Holidays are peak ordering times, so please check product availability and delivery schedules before placing your order by calling our toll-free number. Lowest Catalog Price! We guarantee that our everyday prices are the lowest published catalog prices in the industry. If you find a lower price on the "same" merchandise in another catalog within 30 days of your purchase from us, we will promptly credit the difference, plus 25%.
