Bobble head specialties have long been a popular promotional product, but today they are becoming the hottest fad in three-dimensional, Limited Edition marketing! Typically done as sports figures and persons of prominence, you can do a bobbing head promotional product for almost any mascot, corporate executive, animal or inanimate object in quantities as few as 500 pcs. We can assist you in the design, prototyping and production of your bobbing head project and deliver a completed project in as few as 40 to 60 days depending on freight method from the factory. We will gladly produce a sample for customer approval for just the cost of the tooling. Note: Pricing is for reference only and will be provided upon submission of artwork. Pricing can vary with complexity of detail, material requirements, and decorating methods.
To create a custom Bobble Head specialty we require:
- A $400.00 mold and prototype charge
- Anticipated Minimum Order of 500 pieces per design
- Digital images (.EPS, .JPG or .GIF) of the front, back, side profile of the subject, as well as any logo, text, or uniform to be included in the design along with list of PMS colors.
- Written description of any details you wish to highlight including characteristics, accessories (sunglasses, bats, etc.), actual height and weight, facial expression, skin tone, left or right-handed, teeth showing or not, cap or helmet or any special mannerisms
Samples can be made in as little as two weeks time and once production is approved, the order will require four to five weeks production time plus three weeks for ocean transit. The pricing grid below is for ESTIMATES ONLY for figures. The small is 4"-5" in height and about .4 to .59 lbs. in weight. The standard is 7" in height and about .6 to .65 lbs. in weight. The premium bobble is 7" in height and about 1 lb in weight. A deluxe bobble is 7 1/2" in height and about 1.5 lbs. in weight. Each bobbing head specialty will be quoted in writing after artwork has been received. Custom four-color boxes are available and will be quoted per order. Made of polyester resin.
